Staff Bios

Dr. Michael Anger, MD, FASN, FACP


Dr. Anger is the Medical Director at Kidney Center of the Rockies.

He has lived in Colorado over 30 years and is a part time resident of the Vail Valley.  He and his wife Rachel have four adult children, and two greyhounds: Betsy and Reesee. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, road biking, raising Koi, performing magic and is the captain of his ice hockey team, the Fighting Kidneys.

Dr. Anger is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He graduated from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he also performed his Internship and Residency.  He went on to complete his Adult and Pediatric Nephrology Fellowships at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

He is also a member of the Clinical Staff at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he serves as the Clinical Professor of Medicine.


Dr. Anger believes “The most important aspect of taking care of patients is listening to what they have to say. I try to spend extra time with each and every one of the patients I see, carefully analyzing what concerns they have and addressing each of them.”

Wanda Trudeau, RN


Wanda Trudeau is the Clinical Manager at Kidney Center of the Rockies.

She has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with exceptional knowledge of hemodialysis and clinical management. Wanda has an established track record of maintaining top quality measures and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Wanda has supervised multiple facilities while also acting as direct administrator of in-center Hemodialysis in a facility with a Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) program and Acute hospital based program. She is a highly skilled career professional with extensive practical experience in hospitals and clinics. Her expertise includes patient assessment, vital signs and history, medications review, laboratory and patient monitoring.

She has held positions that include Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Coordinator; Clinical Manager; Facility Administrator; Group Facility Administrator, and Divisional Lead for Home Dialysis programs.
